1. SISTEMA JUEGOSe jugará por Sistema Liga a la distancia de 14 rondas (siete a doble vuelta) para División de Honor. Para Preferente, Primera y Segunda, Sistema de liga a una vuelta (13 rondas). Para Tercera, Sistema Suizo a la distancia de 13 rondas.
Inscripción de equipos con presentación de órdenes de fuerza incluidos:
Para División de Honor, del 2 al 10 de noviembre de 2017.
Sorteo del grupo, el 14 de noviembre de 2017.
Para el resto de categorías, del 2 al 10 de noviembre de 2017.

2. LOCAL DE JUEGO
1. El local de juego de cada encuentro será el indicado por el Club al efectuar la inscripción del equipo, salvo en los casos referidos en los apartados que siguen:
2. En División de Honor las rondas 7 y 14 se jugarán en un local único. Las solicitudes de local deberán presentarse ante la Secretaría General de la F.M.A. con un mes de antelación a cada ronda de local único. La designación final, corresponderá a la Vocalía de Competiciones de la F.M.A.
3. HORARIO Y CALENDARIO DEL CAMPEONATO
Los encuentros se jugarán en las fechas fijadas en el Calendario Deportivo Oficial de la F.M.A. En caso de que el calendario determine jugar en domingo, el horario de comienzo será a las 10:00 horas; si lo hiciere en sábado, los encuentros comenzarán a las 17:00 horas.

4. RITMO DE JUEGO
Para todas las categorías
90 minutos + 30 segundos adicionales por jugada.
5. PUNTUACIÓN Y DESEMPATES
1. En D. Honor, Preferente, Primera y Segunda: la puntuación para cada encuentro será:
* 3 puntos para el equipo vencedor.
* 2 puntos para cada equipo en caso de empate.
* 1 punto para el equipo perdedor.
* 0 puntos en caso de incomparecencia.
Para establecer la clasificación parcial o general se aplicará por este orden:
a) Número de puntos totales obtenidos por los jugadores en la competición.
b) Sonnenborg-Berger por equipos.
c) Holandés.
2. En Tercera categoría la puntuación para cada encuentro será:
* 1 punto para el equipo vencedor.
* ½ punto para cada equipo en caso de empate.
* 0 puntos para el equipo perdedor.
* - 0,5 en caso de incomparecencia.
Para establecer la clasificación parcial o general se aplicará por este orden:
a) Bucholz eliminando el peor resultado.
b) Bucholz total.
c) Puntuación progresiva hasta las últimas consecuencias.
d) Puntuación Olímpica.
e) Sorteo.
6. COMUNICACIÓN DEL RESULTADO Y REMISIÓN DE ACTAS
1. En el caso de que no hubiera árbitro, el resultado del encuentro deberá comunicarse obligatoriamente a la Secretaría de la FMA por un representante del equipo local, antes de las 21 horas del lunes siguiente al día de celebración del encuentro. En el caso de ser festivo, el plazo expirará a la misma hora del primer día laborable posterior. El incumplimiento de este punto será motivo de sanción, según establece el Reglamento de Disciplina Deportiva de la F.M.A.
2. Las actas se deberán recibir en la Secretaría de la F.M.A. en un plazo de dos días naturales a partir de la celebración del encuentro. Si el equipo local no hubiese comparecido, corresponde al equipo visitante presentar el acta del encuentro y comunicar el resultado en los plazos indicados.
3. Si el original del acta de un encuentro no se hubiera recibido en la Secretaría de la F.M.A. en un plazo de dos días naturales, el CCDD apercibirá al equipo infractor en su primera infracción, en la segunda infracción se le descontará un punto de la clasificación, y en la tercera y sucesivas se le descontará tres puntos de la clasificación.
4. Además del acta original, también tendrá validez una fotocopia de la misma enviada por fax, correo electrónico o cualquier otro medio electrónico.
7. ARBITRAJE Y RECLAMACIONES
La Federación Madrileña de Ajedrez nombrará el/los árbitros del Campeonato de Liga, quienes decidirán ante cualquier incidente que se pueda presentar durante el desarrollo de los encuentros. Teléfono de contacto: 615 13 20 90
Se ruega que el uso del teléfono sea lo más estrictamente necesario para lograr una mayor fluidez en la línea.
Cualquier reclamación referente a un encuentro, deberá ser presentada al CCDD por escrito, con registro en la Secretaría de la F.M.A., por la persona que ostente la representación del club, antes de las 20:00 horas del segundo día hábil posterior al día de la celebración del encuentro. Si transcurrido el plazo establecido en el Reglamento de Disciplina Deportiva de la F.M.A. en el apartado anterior, no se hubiera recibido reclamación alguna, prescribirá cualquier falta que hubiera cometido el equipo infractor, salvo que el CCDD actúe de oficio.
8. INCOMPARECENCIAS
1. Perderá la partida el/la jugador/a que no se haya presentado antes de que transcurra media hora natural desde el comienzo reglamentario del encuentro.
2. Si en el plazo de tiempo señalado en el apartado anterior sólo se han presentado dos o menos jugadores de un equipo se le dará por perdido el encuentro por incomparecencia.
3. La retirada o descalificación de un equipo que no haya jugado al menos el 50% de sus encuentros ocasionará la anulación de sus resultados. Si hubiese jugado el 50% o más de sus encuentros, perderá los que resten por incomparecencia y se respetarán los resultados y la puntuación obtenidos a efectos de desempate. Salvo en Tercera categoría que se disputa por sistema suizo. No obstante las partidas jugadas tendrán validez a efectos de su cómputo para ELO.
4. También supondrá la eliminación de un equipo, la suma de 12 incomparecencias individuales en cualquier Categoría.
9. OTROS ASPECTOS REGLAMENTARIOS
1. Los resultados de las diferentes categorías tendrán validez para Normas ELO FIDE y FEDA
2. Los espectadores y jugadores de otras partidas no pueden hablar o interferir de cualquier otro modo en una partida. Si fuera necesario, el árbitro puede expulsar del recinto de juego a los infractores. Si alguien observa una irregularidad, sólo puede informar al árbitro.
3. Será sancionado con la perdida de la partida, el jugador que durante la misma tenga encendido cualquier medio de comunicación electrónico, que deberá estar apagado en todo momento. Durante la partida está prohibido que los jugadores hagan uso de cualquier tipo de notas, fuentes de información o consejos y analizar cualquier partida en otro tablero. Sin embargo, si el oponente no puede vencer la partida por medio de ninguna serie de jugadas legales, su puntuación será de tablas.
4. En División de Honor, los jugadores deben de entregar al Árbitro, una copia legible de su planilla la cual, podrá ser objeto de su publicación en la página web de esta federación.
5. Para lo no especificado en estas bases, se aplicará la Reglamentación vigente de la FIDE y el Reglamento de Competiciones de la F.M.A.
6. Si algún equipo estuviera sujeto a limitaciones físicas que imposibilitaran el traslado de sus jugadores a otros locales (ciegos, presos y penados, discapacitados físicos o psíquicos, etc.) disputará todos sus encuentros en su propio local, si bien, a efecto de los Artículos 39 y 50 del Reglamento de Competiciones de la F.M.A., serán considerados como disputados en los locales del equipo oponente cuando corresponda. En estos casos se procurará que la presencia de estos equipos no altere el equilibrio de desplazamientos de los demás equipos. Como el enfrentamiento entre dos de estos equipos no es posible, jugarán en distintos grupos.
7. La organización se reserva el derecho a realizar cualquier modificación sobre las presentes bases, siendo debidamente publicadas
8. PROHIBIDO FUMAR EN LA SALA DE JUEGO.
10. PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS
Conforme a la Ley Orgánica 15/1999 sobre Protección de Datos de carácter personal, los datos proporcionados se incorporaran a un fichero propiedad de la Federación Madrileña de Ajedrez para la gestión de los participantes durante el campeonato. Los participantes en este Campeonato autorizan la publicación de sus datos personales y de sus fotografías, realizadas durante el evento, en los diferentes medios de comunicación que la organización, Federación Madrileña de Ajedrez, considere oportunos para su necesaria difusión (nombres, apellidos, años de nacimiento, resultados, clasificaciones, partidas, fotografías, etc.).
LA PARTICIPACIÓN EN EL TORNEO SUPONE LA ACEPTACIÓN DE LAS PRESENTES BASES.
